Anirban has a strong background in IT & leadership roles across the FMCG and supply chain solutions sector. Anirban is a Harvard Business School alum having completed his executive MBA specialising in leadership and innovation. His experience and knowledge led him to form Adapt Ideations with Prashanth & Sai and has enabled Adapt Ideations to become what it is today.

Don is the founder of VentureWest Partners, LLC, which he founded in 2002, to provide M & A, interim CEO, capital formation, and debt restructuring services to early-stage and lower middle market companies to national and international companies. He was an interim CEO for Blue Lime Software Inc., EZ Healthcare West, Inc., and Symeron Software, Inc. He also co-founded Vonzos Partners, LLC, an early-stage technology venture capital firm. Currently, Don is a Senior Advisor to Red Door Capital Partners. Red Door invests side-by-side with its network of High Net Worth Investors, Family Offices, and Registered Investment Advisors (RIA’s).    

Previously he was a senior executive at IBM Global Services. Prior to IBM, Don was the largest shareholder and CEO of Data National Corporation. Don has held several FINRA licenses including Series 7, 24, 28, 63, and 79. He has been on several boards of directors of private companies as well as being a board member of InSoCal Connect, a non-profit incubator for early-stage companies. Mr. Warriner received an MBA from the University of Colorado and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Metropolitan State College of Denver. 

His quiet demure and mild-mannered personality does not easily give away the fact that Sai Kiran is an extremely talented Data Scientist with in-depth knowledge of complex algorithms and blockchain technology. An Aerospace Engineer from IIT (Bombay), Sai is also one of the co-founders of Adapt Ideations and is responsible for the R&D and Technical operations in the Asia-Pacific region. Soccer and reading books are his favorite hobbies besides keeping up to date on the latest gizmos and technologies.

With a degree in Aerospace engineering from IIT Bombay, Powai (Mumbai, India), Prashanth is one of the founders of Adapt Ideations. Apart from heading the Asia Operations for Adapt Ideations, Prashanth has in-depth knowledge of Narrowband Internet of Things technology, Industrial Robotics, and Self-Driving vehicles. Aeromodelling and embedded systems design are his favorite hobbies.

An 18 year business development expert, leading global sales organizations across multiple industries and a passion to open new doors provides the critical strategic leadership in revenue capture to Adapt Ideations. Jody has driven world-class sales teams driving revenues over $500M in total captured revenues and developing from inception industry verticals such as Technology, Healthcare & Life Sciences. An honors graduate with a BA in Communications and Journalism from the University of Arizona, Jody is driven and dedicated to the mission through his strong work ethic, empowered to drive results through team building and relationships. As CRO, Jody is responsible for Adapt Ideations U.S. and EU expansion and providing oversight to global sales operations. Jody is dedicated to listening to our clients and connecting with them to assist them in reaching their company’s goals & visions.

As Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Sandeep heads the finance function and is the controller of the group. Sandeep is responsible for investor relations, funding, strategic initiatives, budgeting, cost efficiencies, and control. He ensures on-time insight of the Company’s performance to the management, and up-to-date accounts with a high degree of corporate governance across the USA, Australia, Singapore, and India.

Sandeep joined as CFO in 2023 and brought with him 18 years of diverse experience in business finance, accounts, tax, and audit from the financial and services sector. He started his career as an auditor at KPMG and then spent considerable time doing specialized accounting and business finance roles in the investment bank / Alternative Investments (Private Equity & Hedge Funds) industry. Before joining Adapt Ideations, Sandeep worked as VP of Finance for ActioHX (formerly known as Entercoms), a service supply chain aftermarket SaaS and BPaaS firm.

Sandeep is a qualified Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ACA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCOM) degree.

With over 20 years of experience, Cheryl has extensive knowledge of technology and project management across all operational aspects of businesses. Throughout her career, Cheryl has held several leadership positions across a range of Fortune 500 companies including IBM and GE, as well as nonprofits. Cheryl also founded the VictorLee Group. VictorLee Group is a management consulting firm focused on maximizing organizational performance. Cheryl has an outstanding track record of building high-performing teams and brings a unique ability to achieve goals when working across multiple industries with diverse partners and clients. Cheryl received her undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and is an alumna of Harvard Business School. In addition, Cheryl serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees for Congressional School, Treasurer for the Board of Directors for Everyone Home DC, and is Regional Facilitator Lead for Harvard Business School Alumnae Circles.

Mr. Wolpow has been advising and operating small to mid-size private and public companies for over 25 years. He was the founder, COO, and Vice Chairman of Dispensing Solutions Inc. (DSI), a pharmaceutical manufacturer operating a state-of-the-art repackaging facility in Santa Ana, CA, which was sold in 2011 to PSS World Medical (NASDAQ: PSSI). Richard is a general, limited partner and operating partner with BelHealth Investment Partners, a private equity firm specializing in healthcare.

Mr. Wolpow was also chairman of POC Network Technologies, a medical technology company he founded in 2007, which was acquired in 2022 by Red Sail Technologies, a Francisco Partners Portfolio Company. 

In Late 2020 Mr. Wolpow founded Red Door Capital Partners.  The Red Door team is a group of seasoned entrepreneurial experts from private equity operations, investments & wealth management, and legal services, that have joined together to identify, invest in, and manage private equity transactions.  Red Door partners with founders and entrepreneurs who seek real capital partners to create collaborative relationships, deploy strategic oversight, implement governance, and professionalize operations.

Nishant has an extensive finance background with more than 18 years in commercial banking. Over his career, he has worked across various industry sectors within the commercial divisions of banking as a senior leader. A core focus of Nishant’s career has been empowering and working with stakeholders, teams, and individuals allowing productivity and efficiency to be enhanced across various department areas to improve business processes and achieve greater customer satisfaction. 

In addition to holding senior leadership positions at Westpac throughout his career, Nishant has been involved in property development and manufacturing businesses for the past 25 years. This has provided Nishant with hands-on experience in the property sector from inception to completion and enabled him to develop insights into the market. His educational background has paved the way forward for his career by studying at leading Australian universities across areas including commerce, banking, risk management, and information technology.

Praveen has extensive industry knowledge having completed his MBA in MIS & finance at Illinois Institute of Technology. His 25+ years of experience in the industry demonstrates his strong expertise in the industry including strategy development and aligning initiatives with business goals. His knowledge and hands-on approach are derived from his passion for utilizing technology to leverage the capabilities of companies globally. 

Richard is a transformational leader with over 25 years of experience. He specializes in delivering unique technology solutions to achieve strategic business goals. Richard enjoys being able to apply his extensive leadership skills to the technology field and pave the way for organizational change. He is an exceptional leader and innovator in his field paving the way for digital change. Richard is responsible for Adapt Ideations market expansion in the U.S. 

Russell has an extensive global outlook having both studied and worked overseas. He is a global IT executive with 14+ years of experience. Russell also has a range of skills in other areas such as business relationship management and mergers/acquisitions. This has led Russell to take on the responsibility of advisor for commercials and sales in the US. He enjoys building high-performance teams, driving strategic change, and utilizing innovative technical solutions.  

Amit is a highly focused individual with a hands-on approach which has been extensively demonstrated throughout his 20 years of experience in finance across India and South East Asia. He has assisted companies across diverse sectors including food & beverage, media, retail, and healthcare. In addition, having attended Harvard Business School specializing in leadership development, Amit has become a known leader in his industry and workplace. 

Presently Director, Production (viral vaccine) at Serum Institute of India Pvt. Ltd., Pune India. Ex.IITian with more than 30 years of rich experience in the biotech industry. Trained in regulatory affairs at UMASS in Boston, USA, and Chumakov Institute in Moscow Russia. Mr Mathur's thought leadership and visionary outlook in the Biotech sector have been a strong guiding force for ADAPT Ideations enabling us to transform the vaccine supply chain using cutting-edge technology.

The Penn State University alumni is a leader in the life sciences sector with twenty-five-plus years of experience working in the industry. His previous senior management and leadership roles include Senior VP of Global Medical Device Operations at Bayer and Senior VP of Operations at MEDRAD.
