Boyd, recently appointed President, is a visionary leader with a

strong track record of driving rapid growth and

transformation across multiple industries. With extensive M&A

expertise, he has led due diligence, integrations, and

enterprise sales while excelling in change management and

value creation. A distinguished US Army veteran with vast

operational experience, he has managed large teams, multimillion-dollar P&Ls, and billion-dollar budgets. Boyd’s

strategic leadership is a key asset in driving the company’s

growth and success.

Amy is a seasoned professional driving client account

management and operational strategy. She ensures client

satisfaction, retention, and service expansion through strong

relationship-building and strategic planning. Her expertise in

process improvement, operational effectiveness, and

performance optimization drives efficiency across global client

services teams. She also oversees key systems and support

services, ensuring seamless operations. With diverse industry

experience, she is a key contributor to the organization’s

success.

Mr. Wolpow has been advising and operating small to mid-size private and public companies for over 25 years. He was the founder, COO, and Vice Chairman of Dispensing Solutions Inc. (DSI), a pharmaceutical manufacturer operating a state-of-the-art repackaging facility in Santa Ana, CA, which was sold in 2011 to PSS World Medical (NASDAQ: PSSI). Richard is a general, limited partner and operating partner with BelHealth Investment Partners, a private equity firm specializing in healthcare.

Mr. Wolpow was also chairman of POC Network Technologies, a medical technology company he founded in 2007, which was acquired in 2022 by Red Sail Technologies, a Francisco Partners Portfolio Company. 

In Late 2020 Mr. Wolpow founded Red Door Capital Partners.  The Red Door team is a group of seasoned entrepreneurial experts from private equity operations, investments & wealth management, and legal services, that have joined together to identify, invest in, and manage private equity transactions.  Red Door partners with founders and entrepreneurs who seek real capital partners to create collaborative relationships, deploy strategic oversight, implement governance, and professionalize operations.
